How hard can it be?

There is a young attorney at my firm who clearly thinks he is so smart that he doesn't have to do what everyone else does.  So we have to nag him to do his time sheets.  And we have to nag him to fill in forms for benefits and payroll.  He is really annoying and disruptive.  And as far as I'm concerned, there is no one who is so smart or so good at what they do that they are above the ordinary courtesies and cooperating that make a workplace run smoothly.  This guy just qualifies as an Asshole in my book.
