hiladelphia police should follow the law and set the example.  Police who turn on their lights to get around traffic and go through lights just to avoid traffic and not because there's a problem they need to attend to set a bad example.  Philadelphia police who drive around talking on their cell phones without being hands free set a bad example.  Philadelphia police should park legally unless it's an emergency.  Police should set the example of civility.  By setting the example, the citizens see by example that this is the proper way to behave.  Instead we have a police force that believes the rules apply to everyone but them and that they can do whatever they want.  This not only sets a bad example, it is an abuse of power.
